ROANOKE ISLAND-Vendor day will be held on Saturday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Event Room at Roanoke Island Festival Park. This popular event is part of the on-going Outer Banks Community Quilt Show which will run through March 18.
The Trunk show will follow on Monday, March 13, in the small auditorium beginning at 1 p.m. Here, local quilters will display their current work, both completed and in progress, and share the quilts’ stories. Both events are free and open to the public. 252-475-1500. Roanokeisland.com
